So far I love it and it cuts great! I have Newfoundland and lots of hair to groom and these are the first clippers that actually work! I would have given a 10 out of 10 if the kit included the charging adapter. It is easily attainable, but would have been nice to have one included! The clippers are quiet and easy to use, I love that the guards actually snap in and don’t fall off. Great product!

I haven’t used it yet. My first problem is the metric descriptions instead of standard like “10 blade”. I haven’t groomed before so If I am instructed to use a 10 blade to clean face my poodle I don’t know what setting that is. Include comparisons in your instructions.

My dog is a poodle mix with a lot of medium fine hair. I had to move the clippers very slow for them to cut (about 5 seconds to go about an inch). If going any faster, it didn’t cut, just combed. It didn’t matter if an attachment was on or off. It didn’t die or reduce in RPM, it just didn’t cut. (Blade was oiled prior to use.) I had to switch to the scissors for the legs because I couldn’t get the clippers to remove the hair.

Followed directions to remove and re-install blade, and one of the plastic brackets on blade snapped even though I followed instructions. Very flimsy, and while blade is in place it sits at an angle which will not cut evenly. I haven’t used product, and again only was practicing the blade removal/re-instalation as directed in the user guide.

Worked well, 12 mm guide broke but used another guide which worked well. Our dog has a lot of thick hair, battery lasted only 2 1/2 hours. With the trimmer we hope yo keep his hair more manageable.

Reasonable priced, high quality trimmers! We have two golden retrievers and these clippers have been great! They are well-made and don’t feel cheap. They work great for being cordless and don’t make a ton of noise, which helps not scare the dogs. Battery life seems very good, and they are actually powered by an 18650 battery, which are also the same batteries we use in our scuba diving lights, so we’ve got plenty of spares. These were not the cheapest dog clippers out there, but we feel the price is reasonable for the quality and expect to be using them a long time!
