    I just use it for the first time. It was easy to use. It really seems heavy duty. I love that it’s cordless that makes it so convenient and easy to work with. I’m not a professional groomer but my dog really needed a haircut. All I have left is little details on her legs. She got tired and little stressed. But most of the work was done and quick. I would not have completed as much with my old cord clipper that’s heavy and gets hot quick.

    The only issues I have after using it the The scissors in the box our dollar than a butter knife the button sometimes get in the way and four really curly haired dog it jams a lot and uses a lot of oil but it works really well

    Upon purchase, I charged and used the product twice within a month, as it is very hot in AZ and I have a ST Bernard
    I did not try to use again until this week, and found the battery would not take a charge. I went to Battery plus and purchased another, it charged and worked well, but went dead after a few minutes and now won’t take a charge. I believe there is something about your product that burns up the batteries. I am not going to buy more batteries as there was nothing wrong with the ones I had. You have a problem in your design. I went back and looked at the reviews of your product on Amazon and many people have experienced the same problem I have. I would like to just get my money back and say how sorry I am your product is defective as when it worked with the first time a battery was charged, it worked great.
